Abstract

We report on a lumped-EML submodule with 3-dB bandwidths of > 70 GHz over a wide temperature range of 25 ~ 70℃ using a resistance-optimized LC resonance effect, enabling 2-km transmission of 112-Gbaud PAM4 signals.
