Abstract

Using an optical butt-coupling method, we have developed a low-cost hybrid-integrated 4*100G TROSA module, showing clear Tx optical eye patterns and Rx sensitivities within -7.0 ~ -6.4 dBm at 106-Gbps PAM4 signals for all channels.
