Abstract
We demonstrated semitransparent inverted organic solar cells consisting of vacuum evaporated thin Ag layer and additional ZnO capping layer for transparent electrode. The effect of the device performances and stability on the additional ZnO capping layer was investigated. The results showed that the transparent Ag thin film with ZnO capping layer improved the device efficiency (power conversion efficiency of 1.41%) and stability (>86% of its original efficiency after 20 days).
