Abstract
In the minimal supersymmetric (SUSY) standard model, tau sleptons [Formula Presented] and neutralinos [Formula Presented] are expected to be among the lightest supersymmetric particles that can be produced copiously at future [Formula Presented] linear colliders. We analyze [Formula Presented] pair and [Formula Presented] production under the assumption [Formula Presented] allowing the relevant parameters of the SUSY Lagrangian to have complex phases. We show that the transverse and normal components of the polarization vector of the τ lepton produced in [Formula Presented] decays offer sensitive probes of these phases.
