Abstract
The utilization of medical data can be maximized when the analyzed results can be derived while maintaining the same research direction on the subject between individual hospitals. Using CDM, efforts to obtain more advanced results are continuing through the improvement of the quantity and quality of data. The purpose of this study is to develop a security-enhanced system applied with blockchain technology. And to support a distributed research network that shares CDM in clinical practice, we present a secure blockchain common data model (SB-CDM). The SB-CDM system is designed as a platform for a distributed ledger. It is underpinned by delivering a CDM with high degrees of confidentiality, security and scalability.
