Abstract

The lymph pathway on the right side of the greater curvature of the stomach runs along the right gastroepiploic artery to reach the infrapyloric lymph nodes (station 6). It leaves the right gastroepiploic artery at that point to run along the right gastroepiploic vein, joining the lymph vessels in the anterior pancreas to reach the lymph nodes at the root of the superior mesenteric artery. It then runs along this artery.
