Abstract
In order to obtain meaningful results in research network-based clinical studies on various patient data in hospitals, information assets need to be jointly utilized. The designed architecture employs sovereign distributed IDs and DLTs (Distributed Ledger Technology) for access control. This paper describes the analysis contents focusing on identity management for the contents of designing the access control security system required in the cloud-based Common Data Model (CDM) construction process. We define the CDM operation and design the architecture in the cloud environment for the joint utilization of information resources between hospitals. The analyzed identity management is used to support decision making for the design and implementation of the cloud CDM.
