title = "Feature extraction method based on goal-scenario coupling model",
abstract = "Even experienced engineers are not able to easily adopt a new methodology. Software product line (SPL) engineering is being considered as a new paradigm for the systematic reuse of software with a pre-defined plan and well-verified assets. However, several organizations have difficulties in applying this model because every project is not developed from scratch and there are not enough SPL engineers. Consequently, many organizations are interested in an extractive approach for applying SPL. In this paper, a new feature extraction method is proposed. This approach begins from a user interface model and an object model. To realize a more precise model, the goal-scenario coupling is integrated to identify the features. The suggested method requires a longer time to construct the feature model than the proactive approach; however, it is more complete.",
