Abstract

The two FPLC fractions from Beauveria bassiana SFB-205 supernatant, displaying chitinase or Pr1/Pr2 protease activity were bioassayed against Aphis gossypii in different ratios. The decrease of the aphid population was more significantly influenced by the chitinase fraction in a dosage-dependent manner.
