Abstract

Liposarcomas of the scrotum are very rare. The perineum is an especially unusual origin of tumors. To date, intrascrotal myxoid liposarcoma that arises from the perineum has not been reported in the literature. Here we report a case arising at this site, and discuss testis-preserving management.
