Abstract

Nanoscale Ag2 Bi3I11 photosensitizer was prepared on mesoscopic TiO2 film (∼1 μm thick) by spin-coating of its low-concentrated precursors. The as-prepared Ag2Bi3I11-sensitizer was tested in the form of solid-state dye sensitized solar cell. When combined with a molecular dye, the hybridized Ag2Bi3I11/dye-sensitized cell showed enhanced characteristics with overall power conversion efficiency of 1.50%.
