Abstract
This study explored biomedical researchers' Research Data Management (RDM) practices and investigated how institute and professional services support their practices through the RDM processes with a case of NIH. It was found that institutional information technology (IT) and library services are focused on certain stages of RDM processes. Also, it was found that having a close collaboration among service units within an institute is important to maximize their resources for services, reduce duplicated services, and publicize their services to a wider range of users.
