Abstract

A synchronizing leveling system has been highlighted in recent years in the off-shore wind-turbines applications. This type of system is very effective when there are problems in a case of levelling and raising of large structures. In this paper, we propose a multi-cylinder synchronous control algorithm for the leveling system along with the development of a monitoring system which measures the system’s signal continuously to check faults. For the optimal control of the leveling system, we applied a parameter estimation technique in the target valves.
